Last time I had any interest in PSN material - namely when Siren: New Translation hit - we didn't get to see anything above USK 12. And so I never again showed interest in supporting this. Curiosly though, I haven't seen any freely available material (Demos especially) not rated 12. I know there used to be a Killzone 2 demo, at least on the UK PSN. Seems they changed the “USK 12 max” rule some time ago.

I'm certain you're wrong about the PSN store though - there is USK 18 material on there now. Don't know when or why they started doing that.
